We decided to go and have Tristan's portraits made. He is growing so fast and I wanted to make sure and capture this time. We took him to Portrait Innovations in Trussville. They did an amazing job and I love the fact of taking the pictures and getting to take them home with you the same day. Please enjoy the slide show that I put together with all of his photos. I must say that we have a beautiful little boy!!

Tristan is here!
We have finally welcomed our beautiful baby boy to the world. Tristan Mark Burke was born on May 23, 2008 at 1:55 P.M. weighing in at 9lbs 5 oz and 22 in. Tristan had some breathing issues and a slight heart murmur so he had to stay in the NICU for three extra days. He joined Travis and I at home on May 29, 2008. He is doing wonderful and the breathing problems and heart murmur are completely gone. It's amazing what the power of prayer can do! Thanks to all who prayed for our little man.

Welcome to our blog
Hi to all reading this! This will be a short blog since there isn't much going on for us right now. We have two more weeks until Tristan Mark is set to join us. After that you all should be prepared for the pictures that will be all over this blog! We can't wait for him to join our little family! Until then, take care!
